1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing b98.onl, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the b98 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b98.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each player may hold only one active b98 account. If a player is found to have opened multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or contact details — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, winnings or bonuses across those accounts may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been blocked in error, contact b98 support to have it reviewed.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your b98 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details associated with your account. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your b98 login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. b98 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact b98 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification

b98 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may include submitting a copy of a valid ID document, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

b98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported debit or credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is active and correctly linked to their b98 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account status. b98 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed same day. Bank Transfer withdrawals follow standard inter-bank processing timelines which may take one to three business days. b98 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions after a withdrawal has been approved on the platform side.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding balance can be withdrawn.
• b98 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credit, cashback offers and promotional rewards available on b98 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game-Specific Rules

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. b98 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 RNG & Game Integrity

All non-live game outcomes on b98 — including slot spins, fish game results and bingo draws — are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that each outcome is independent, unpredictable and not influenced by previous results. The RNG system used on b98 is subject to periodic review to ensure ongoing integrity.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on b98 cover Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds are locked for that bet. b98 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellations or other exceptional circumstances. 6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, b98 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player. b98 is not obliged to honour payouts resulting from a clear technical error, even if the error temporarily displayed a win amount in the player's account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b98 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from an exploited bug are not valid and will be removed.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats such as fish games or bingo rooms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the b98 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after playing with deposited funds — this constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.

• Using VPN or other IP-masking tools to access b98 from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent platform controls.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 b98's Right to Suspend

b98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these terms, engaged in prohibited activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their b98 account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request self-exclusion through b98's Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has expired. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period — doing so is a breach of these terms.
